Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an EDI Analyst for a 5 month contract. This is a hybrid opportunity, with the expectation to go on-site 2 days a week in Calgary, Alberta. A successful candidate will be responsible for managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes related to invoice processing and integrations within the organizations systems. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely electronic billing of transactions and integrating external files to Parklands ERP. The EDI Analyst must possess a strong understanding of EDI standards, billing procedures, and be proficient in utilizing EDI software and peripheral systems.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of EDI or systems integration experience with different ERP and peripheral systems (JD Edwards preferred).
- Working knowledge of Finance/Accounting framework, understanding of GAAP considered an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications with a particular focus on Excel at the intermediate to advanced level (Power Query, macros/VBA).
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail is critical, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in JDE, Power BI and PDI considered an asset.
