Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Zscaler support specialist to help the largest transportation companies in North America receive internal tickets to offer day-to-day and operational tier I or tier II support. The ideal candidate will be located in Calgary and able to come onsite; however, there can be flexibility. This is a 5 month contract to start with a high possibility of extensions

-Experience ZIA (internet access) and ZPA (private access)
-Networking experience
-Ability to communicate and interact with clients
