Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Inside Sales/Order Entry Administrator. This is a full time role, with the expectation to go on-site 4-5 days a week. Responsibilities include monitoring PO inbox for incoming orders from existing customers, entering orders into ERP systems and sending customers back a service order confirmation. On the other hand, a successful candidate will also be working in a customer facing role, fielding inquiries from existing and new customers, creating a process to prospect new opportunities and maintain relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in inside sales, order entry, or customer service.
- Knowledge or experience in marketing (SEO, web-based resources, Adobe, Canva, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with lead generation and CRM software's.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Business Degree or Diploma (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Oil and Gas/Technology experience
- Experience in a customer support or sales administration role
- ERP experience
