Insight Global is looking for a Maximo-Oracle Data Transfer Analyst for an oil and gas client located in Calgary. This person will be joining to support a data transfer project as the client is implementing a new ERP system (Oracle Fusion), and the new system will not be integrated with their EAM System (Maximo) until 2027. This person will be responsible for working with operations to support the generation of complete Work orders and purchase requests in the Maximo EAM system, ensure data quality and completeness of Work orders and purchase requests in preparation for procurement activities, work with supply chain to ensure correct transfer of data between systems, work with finance to ensure correct coding practices are being employed and rectify coding errors as they are identified, Manually progresses the status of Work Orders in the Maximo EAM system, and creates Reports for Purchase Orders, Purchase Order Changes, Receipts, and Invoices from the Oracle ERP system and transfers the respective data to the Maximo EAM system. This role will require understanding of three operating disciplines: work management practices within oil and gas operations (pipelines and facilities); supply chain practices associated with procurement and material management; and financial practices with respect to financial coding and reconciliation.

3-5+ years of related experience in a data transfer role
Must have previous experience manually transferring data from an ERP system
Must understand 3 operating disciplines: work management practices within OG operations (pipelines and facilities), supply chain practices associated with procurement and material management; and financial practices with respect to financial coding and reconciliation
Relevant experience in supply chain / procurement practices and financial coding & reconciliation required
High school diploma or equivalent
Oil and Gas industry experience
Experience working with enterprise financial and work management systems like Oracle and Maximo highly preferred.
Previous experience supporting field operations in O&G
Six Sigma certification
Heavy finance knowledge within O&G
