Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an HR Business Lead to transform and lead HR Operations including business partnerships and Canadian/US payroll and pension/benefits.
This role will be located 5 days/week onsite, (with some flexibility), in Edmonton or Calgary and will be a permanent opportunity. The successful candidate will lead a team of skilled professionals and oversee the development and management of a strong and efficient HR Operations function

Required Skills & Experience

-10-15+ years of experience within the HR space
-5+ years of leadership experience ideally with a team size of 10+ people
-Workday experience
-Experience working within and leading large corporations
-Understanding of Alberta's Employment Laws
-5 years prior experience in Canadian/US payroll and pension/benefits administration
-Experience bringing efficiencies into HR Operations teams and setting up centralized HR services

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
-Someone who has experience with Mergers and Acquisitions is a plus
-Change management experience would be a definite asset
