Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Customer Service Analyst to join one of Canadas largest commercial fuel and retail organizations for a 6 month contract. This is a hybrid opportunity, with the expectation to go into the office 2 days a week. A successful candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable, will have excellent customer service experience and considers themselves a subject matter expert in the procure to pay process.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in Accounts Payable or Finance/Accounting
- Experience working with large ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP or Great Plains preferred)
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience using the procure to pay process as well as experience with automated workflow approval systems
- Intermediate level Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, introductory macros preferred)
- Customer service and continuous improvement mindset
- Post-secondary education in Commerce/Business or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bilingual in French and English
