Job Description

Insight Global is seeking 2 Business Analysts to support multiple provincial projects through service transformation. In this role, you will assist the organization with defining services that are provided to the business clients. There will be a focus on Service Desk, Desktop Support and Management, Account Admin, and Cases Admin. Defining those services, outlining expectations, measurements for success and implementing. Preparing communications, change management, etc.

Duties:

Lead, facilitate and document plans and priorities, aligning to Department vision;
Identify projects to achieve this vision;
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and focus groups;
Prepare and deliver presentations about initiatives or issues to executives and staff, steering committees, project groups and other stakeholders;
Risk management and issues management
Develop and execute change management plans and communication plans
Develop business cases through a consultative approach with business sponsors and key stakeholders, identifying benefits and performance measure indicators;
Document initiative/project backgrounds, descriptions, environmental analyses, financial modeling, alternatives, impacts, risks, cost-benefit analyses, recommendations, implementation strategies, and approval processes;
Provide quality assurance services throughout to ensure completeness and consistency of documentation, which could include content review;
Defining operational processes
Creating job descriptions
Service Design deliverables (definition, targets, measurement criteria, etc.)

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working on projects related to change management in the infrastructure space (Service Desk, Desktop Support and Management, Administration functions)
- Experience with Freshdesk or Active Directory or ServiceNow or related ticketing systems OR Point of Sale systems (POS)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Previous or recent experience in the Public Sector
