Insight Global is looking for a Data Scientist who is proficient in Python programming, and skilled in machine learning techniques. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for providing analytical capabilities to the team regarding turnover and attrition details and retirement analysis using predictive modeling. This role is located onsite hybrid in Calgary.

-Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
-3-5 years of experience working as a Data Scientist (experience in the HR space is a plus)
-Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, sci-kit-learn, TensorFlow).
-Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications in HR (e.g., classification, regression, clustering).
-Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
-Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
-Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for using data to drive business outcomes.
-Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
