Insight Global is looking for an Intermediate IT Support Analyst to join one of Calgary's large energy/waste companies for a 6 month contract to hire position, to sit out of the Grande Prairie office (5 days per week in office, with occasional on-call support). This person is responsible for providing first-line support service via the Service Desk, receiving incidents and service requests. You will provide first call resolution to end user service requests while participating in level 1 and 2 support on applications and infrastructure incidents. Occasional in-person support to facilities in the Grande Prairie region may also be required.

- 5-8 years of relevent level 1 & 2 support experience
- University or college degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience troubleshooting IT hardware, PCs, switches, printers and mobile devices, to resolve issues on own
- Experience with desktop operating systems and applications (Windows, Microsoft Office, Dynamics 365)
- Basic application support experience (Microsoft Office, D365, CRM, SharePoint, Freshservice)
- Basic network troubleshooting experience with routers and switches
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer-centric mentality
