Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a QA to join a leading provider of agricultural products, services, and solutions, for a 6-month contract. As a member of the team, the successful candidate work as part of a multidisciplinary team to introduce a quality assurance protocol for the Service Now platform. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Collaborate with key project stakeholders to design, document, and deploy a rigorous QA testing protocol
* Responsible for the automation of QA testing tasks, including the design of all test cases
* Conduct various types of QA testing including but not limited to unit, integration, system, performance, regression, and UAT throughout different stages of the SLDC Iterative or Scrum product lifecycle
* Identify test data needs, setup testing techniques, and test optimization methods
* Collaborate with the project team to evaluate and deploy the Test Management and Automated Testing Framework (ATF) Modules in Service Now
* Perform database queries to validate test data
* Review data flow across multiple platforms and systems and report issues in a timely manner
* Participate in Scrum ceremonies as required, while communicating status and risks appropriately
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 7 years of experience working in SLDC/Iterative and/or Scrum teams in a QA Analyst role
* Degree in Computer Science or a combination of relevant certifications and experience
* Must be CSTB certified or possess an ISTQB recognized certification
* ITILV3 or V4 certification
* Experience working with Service Now (Applied knowledge of Request Fulfillment, Incident, Problem Management, and Portal modules preferred)
* Experience with the Test Management and Automated Testing Framework (ATF) modules in ServiceNow
* Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications required. Familiarity with SAP, Jira, Oracle databases is preferred

* Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements, financial services, and industry trends
