Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst who will help turn healthcare data into clear, actionable insights that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you will be the connection between the people who ask the questions — clinical operations, product, finance, and quality — and the data team that answers them.
You will spend your time understanding what our existing datasets and dashboards actually mean, translating business questions into clear analytical requirements, checking that the numbers we publish are correct, and explaining the results to people who do not work in data all day. You will work in Databricks SQL (Unity Catalog), read and interpret dbt-built marts, and support Zeno BI dashboards (our custom BI application). You are not expected to build or own production pipelines — you are expected to know the outputs cold and catch it when they are wrong.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.
