Job Description
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery across backend services, frontend applications, API integrations, and release readiness.
• Design and develop backend services using .NET C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server / Azure SQL.
• Guide frontend implementation using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, reusable components, and responsive UI patterns.
• Define API contracts, request/response models, validation rules, error handling, security patterns, and integration standards.
• Partner with architects to align application design with scalability, maintainability, security, observability, and performance expectations.
• Provide technical direction to frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps team members during sprint execution.
• Review code, enforce engineering best practices, identify technical risks, and drive resolution of complex delivery issues.
• Support CI/CD processes, environment configuration, deployment validation, test automation alignment, and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements, refine acceptance criteria, and support estimation.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience leading full stack application delivery across backend and frontend workstreams.
• Expertise in .NET C#, ASP.NET Core, REST API development, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server / Azure SQL, and backend integration patterns.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend engineering practices.
• Experience designing API contracts, data models, component patterns, reusable services, and application integration flows.
• Ability to lead technical design discussions, code reviews, estimation, sprint planning, and delivery coordination.
• Experience with Azure services, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and environment-specific configuration practices.
• Understanding of secure application development, authentication/authorization, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and role-based access control.
• Experience supporting testing, defect triage, performance tuning, production validation, and release readiness.
• Strong communication, mentoring, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with application modernization, microservices, API gateway patterns, or domain-driven service design.
• Exposure to microfrontend architecture, design systems, reusable component libraries, or Storybook.
• Experience with cloud-native observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, logging, tracing, and performance diagnostics.
• Experience integrating application features with data pipelines, reporting datasets, or operational analytics needs.
• Previous experience leading distributed teams in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
