Job Description
A healthcare client is seeking an Workload Automation Engineer to support a major platform upgrade initiative. This individual will be responsible for migrating, rebuilding, testing, and validating workload automation jobs using Tidal. The ideal candidate will bring Tidal Scheduler expertise and be able to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities
• Support workload automation migration activities Analyze and update job schedules, dependencies, and workflow configurations.
• Validate and troubleshoot automation processes, job failures, and scheduling issues.
• Partner with application, infrastructure, and production support teams to ensure successful migration and deployment.
• Assist with testing, deployment validation, and post-go-live support.
Document workflows, configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with Tidal Enterprise Scheduler and/or Tidal Workload Automation
• Experience administering, modifying, troubleshooting, and migrating Tidal job schedules and workflows.
• Experience supporting application upgrades, platform migrations, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of job dependencies, workload automation, batch processing, and production support operations.
• Experience working across application, infrastructure, and support teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make an immediate impact with limited onboarding.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Healthcare payer experience.
• Experience supporting care management, utilization management, claims, or clinical applications.
• Experience supporting Jiva or similar healthcare platforms.
• Experience with enterprise production support and release management processes.
