Job Description

• Build and evaluate Marketing Mix Models to guide marketing investment and budget decisions.
• Apply attribution, incrementality testing, and causal inference methods to measure marketing performance.
• Develop performance forecasts and budget optimization analyses.
• Translate complex methodologies and findings into clear recommendations for senior marketing and business leaders.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions, geographies, and U.S.-based teams.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner while providing hands-on technical review for complex analytical work.
• Develop team members and help drive delivery within a distributed team environment.
• Build practical measurement frameworks that marketing leaders can use to make decisions.
Maintain a high standard for analytical rigor while balancing business needs and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in data science, marketing analytics, or applied measurement.
• Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling, including methodology, tooling, business integration, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong knowledge of marketing attribution, incrementality testing, and causal inference.
• Experience with geo-testing, difference-in-differences, synthetic controls, and uplift modeling.
• Experience with marketing performance forecasting and budget optimization.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience working in production analytics environments.
• Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Strong executive communication skills, including presenting technical findings and business implications to senior leaders.
• Ability to lead, develop, and technically review the work of team members.
Comfortable collaborating with U.S.-based counterparts in a globally distributed environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• • Experience with offline marketing analytics, brand measurement, or upper-funnel attribution.
• Experience scaling or modernizing legacy marketing measurement infrastructure.
• Familiarity with dbt, Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, or similar data platforms.
• Experience building or managing analytics teams across multiple geographies.
Background in a global technology company, Indian consumer technology company, data-driven marketing organization, or specialized analytics firm.
