Job Description
Insight Global is looking to add 2 Senior Developers to build production-grade AWS microservices as part of a cloud migration team for their telecommunications client. The program delivers 8 cloud-native services processing ~4M events/day. You'll implement core service logic, write comprehensive tests, and participate in parallel-run validation — starting with two simpler applications, then progressing to two high-volume complex systems.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Java development, with 2+ years on Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with at least 3 of: AWS ECS, SQS, SNS, Aurora PostgreSQL, DocumentDB, EventBridge
- Strong SQL skills — complex queries, transactions, indexing strategies
- Experience with Kafka or any distributed messaging system
- Solid unit and integration testing practices
- Git workflow proficiency (feature branching, merge requests, CI pipelines)
- Comfortable working in an agile team with daily overlap hours for standups and design discussions
