Job Description
• Lead the end-to-end migration from Epicor 10 (Classic) to Epicor Kinetic, serving as the primary functional subject matter expert throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Partner with internal Product Owners, Product Directors, and business stakeholders to define the implementation roadmap, project milestones, and overall Epicor Kinetic strategy
• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and fit-gap analyses to understand current-state business processes and identify opportunities for optimization within Epicor Kinetic
• Design and document future-state business processes, functional requirements, and solution architecture across ERP, Warehouse Management (WMS), CRM, and Project Management modules
• Provide expert guidance on Epicor Kinetic best practices, system capabilities, and implementation approaches based on previous Epicor 10 to Kinetic migration experience
• Configure and validate Epicor Kinetic functionality to align with business and operational requirements, with responsibilities weighted approximately 75% functional and 25% technical
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, customizations, data migration strategies, and architectural decisions to ensure successful implementation outcomes
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder reviews, project status meetings, and executive presentations while translating technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Work closely with business process owners to identify risks, dependencies, and organizational change management requirements throughout the implementation
• Support testing activities including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and validation of business requirements prior to go-live
• Develop implementation documentation, functional specifications, process flows, training materials, and operational readiness plans
• Monitor project progress and provide recommendations to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and post-production support of the Epicor Kinetic platform

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience with deep expertise in functional solution design, system configuration, and technical architecture
• Proven expertise leading Epicor 10 to Epicor Kinetic migration initiatives, with hands-on experience across the full implementation lifecycle
• Experience across multiple Epicor Kinetic modules, including:
○ ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
○ WMS (Warehouse Management System)
○ CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
○ Project Management / Manufacturing Operations
• Experience working with APIs and integrating Epicor Kinetic with external systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting the Epicor Kinetic Manufacturing module within complex manufacturing environments
• Ability to independently facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder reviews
