Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an IT Procurement Analyst to support technology procurement activities across our client’s India operations. This individual will work closely with local IT teams, procurement leadership, and global stakeholders to manage the sourcing and procurement of IT software, hardware, and services. This person will be responsible for supporting end-to-end procurement activities, including evaluating vendors, obtaining quotes, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions. They will partner with local and global teams to align sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, support contract and renewal discussions, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance requirements. Additionally, they will track procurement requests, purchase orders, and vendor performance metrics while identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes, supplier partnerships, and overall operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
-5-10 years of experience in IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Technology Purchasing.
-India local market experience for IT software, hardware and services
-Strong knowledge of the India market for IT software, hardware, telecommunications, cloud, and professional services.
-Experience procuring technology products and services from local and global suppliers.
-Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders.
-Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
-Experience using procurement platforms such as Coupa and SAP SRM
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Prior experience supporting procurement activities for a FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company
-Experience managing both local India suppliers and global vendor relationships
