Insight Global is seeking an HCM System Analyst (Oracle HCM) for a leading global logistics and supply chain organization. This individual will serve as a senior techno-functional expert supporting a live Oracle Fusion HCM environment, with a strong emphasis on functional work. The role focuses on working directly with business users to gather requirements, configure HCM modules, and troubleshoot real-world production issues.
This person will play a critical role in optimizing HR systems, supporting ongoing enhancements, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, and workflow processes. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced production support environment while collaborating closely with IT and global stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience (techno-functional profile)
Strong functional expertise (≈80% functional / 20% technical)
Hands-on experience with configuration, implementation, and production support
Deep experience in at least 2–3 modules:
Core HR
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Absence
Talent/Performance
Journeys & workflows
Experience supporting a live, in-production environment (not just implementation)
Ability to gather requirements directly from business users and translate into system solutions
Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution experience
Working knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP)
High-level understanding of security and integrations
Strong collaboration with IT/technical teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Oracle HCM Cloud certification
Experience with Payroll systems and third-party integrations
Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or SOA
Experience with data migration, reporting, and analytics
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Experience training end users and creating documentation
Background working in global environments or with distributed teams
