Job Description

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for un'ina (customer) assessment; evaluation; diagnosis, in consultation with the provider; plan of care; and evidence based intervention. The OT will assist un'ina who have an injury, illness, or de-conditioned state to improve their quality of life, manage their pain, and contribute to their overall wellness.

Required Skills & Experience

· Master of Occupational Therapy Degree
· 2 years of experience in occupational therapy evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
· Experience with computerized management information systems
· Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Alaska, or obtained within three (3) months of hire
CPR and AED certification
