Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Services Technician I for a manufacturing and industrial services client in Theodore, AL. This individual will support the repair, refurbishment, assembly, inspection, testing, and restoration of customer-owned industrial equipment and components. The environment is a high-mix, low-volume operation where every project is unique, requiring technicians to work across multiple functions including mechanical repairs, assembly, inspection, finishing, material handling, and quality support.
The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on problem solving, and be comfortable working in a shop environment with changing priorities and varied customer projects.

Required Skills & Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment repair/refurbishment processes
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Ability to read work instructions, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Valid driver's license with clean/insurable driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Manufacturing, industrial maintenance, mechanical assembly, equipment repair, fabrication, or related trade experience
• Forklift, overhead crane, or rigging experience
• Industrial painting, coatings, sandblasting, or refurbishment experience
• Experience supporting renewable energy, aerospace, defense, or industrial equipment projects
OSHA 10 or other industrial safety certifications
