Job Description
The DevSecOps Support Engineer supports operational activities across the an AWS GovCloud environment within a multi-tenant DevSecOps platform. This role assists with cloud support operations, troubleshooting, onboarding activities, automation efforts, and customer support initiatives while helping maintain secure and reliable platform services. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments, and interested in growing hands-on experience with cloud technologies, DevSecOps processes, automation, and AI-enabled operational support capabilities. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers to discuss platform capabilities, troubleshooting efforts, and operational support activities.

Required Skills & Experience
Active Secret Clearance
Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and cloud support concepts
Basic understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, or software deployment workflows
Experience troubleshooting technical or operational issues
Experience working with or exposure to Agile methodologies
Interest in learning automation, AI-assisted workflows, and modern platform operations practices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to AWS GovCloud environments
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence
Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Exposure to Active Directory or identity/access management concepts
Experience supporting operational or enterprise software environments
Understanding of platform operations, cloud infrastructure, or application support concepts
Experience leveraging Agentic AI to solve complex problems
Security+ or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (must meet DOD 8140 reqs for admin)
