Job Description
We are hiring a Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing service team. This role is focused on installing, maintaining, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems across a variety of job sites.
We’re looking for a dependable technician who can troubleshoot systems, work independently in the field, and deliver high-quality service to our customers.
What You’ll Do
Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
Work on rooftop units, split systems, and commercial cooling/heating systems
Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers when needed
Follow safety procedures and job site standards

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
EPA Refrigerant Certification required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must pass background check & drug screening
Must be 21+ (company vehicle requirement)
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
