Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Manager for a top construction and facilities services client specializing in medical and government projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects across various locations, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating closely with project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically strong, comfortable traveling, and thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of medical facility construction management experience
OSHA 30-Hour Certification
First Aid / CPR Certification
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors simultaneously
Strong experience reading and implementing construction drawings and technical documentation
Knowledge of construction technology and project controls
Ability and willingness to travel extensively
Comfort using time reporting systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in HVAC, HVAC controls, Plumbing, or Electrical design-build construction
Experience working on government installations or government-funded projects
Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors certification
Active Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical license
Familiarity with Primavera scheduling software
Strong budgeting and cost control experience
