Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead and execute enterprise-wide communications strategy for Epic go-live, including timelines, milestones, and updates
Develop and deliver clear, concise communications to both internal IT teams and broader health system stakeholders
Partner with Epic PMO, IT leadership, and operational teams to translate technical updates into business-friendly messaging
Create and manage communication materials such as:
Leadership updates
Go-live readiness communications
End-user announcements and alerts
FAQs, newsletters, and executive briefings
Ensure consistent, timely communication throughout go-live and stabilization phases
Support change management efforts, reinforcing key messaging and adoption strategies across the organization
Coordinate communication cadence across multiple workstreams and departments
Identify communication risks or gaps and proactively recommend solutions

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience in corporate communications, change management, or internal communications
Direct experience supporting an Epic implementation or Epic go-live (critical requirement)
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, digestible way
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on executive and enterprise audiences
Experience partnering with IT, PMO, and cross-functional business stakeholders
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure go-live environment
