Job Description

A fast-growing client in the Huntsville area is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team. They are experiencing rapid growth and need someone to come in and support the existing HR team with day-to-day responsibilities. A large portion of this role will be focused on writing new policies and procedures for the company and rewriting old policies and procedures as needed. This is a team centric environment, and this role will be interfacing with all levels of leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5+ years of HR Experience
Strong experience with writing new HR policies and procedures (they will be owning this so must feel comfortable doing this will little oversight)
Strong professionalism & communication as this person will work with all levels of leadership

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting a start-up company or a company with a start-up culture (commercial is ideal versus a defense environment)
Rippling HRIS experience
Bachelors degree in a related field
