Job Description

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (7:30am–4:30pm) and Fridays (7:30am–12:00pm)

We are seeking a Pediatrician to join a well-established private pediatric practice in Clanton, AL. This is a full-time outpatient clinic offering a strong, tenured support team with a great work-life balance.

The Pediatrician will provide general pediatric care to children from infancy through adolescence (19 years old), including sick visits, well-child and developmental checkups, immunizations, and medication management. The provider will see an average of 30–40 patients per day once acclimated. The schedule is Monday–Thursday from 7:30am–4:30pm (closed 12pm-1pm) and Fridays from 7:30am–12:00pm. The practice is closed on weekends. No administrative responsibilities are required, allowing the provider to focus solely on patient care.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Starting at $180,000+, negotiable for the right candidate
- Quarterly bonuses (year 2) and profit-sharing (year 3)

Required Skills & Experience

- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Active (or eligible) Alabama Medical License
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Prior pediatric experience preferred; recent residency graduates are welcome and will receive training and support
