Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of scalable ServiceNow solutions. This role will focus on customer-facing applications, enterprise integrations, and establishing platform best practices to ensure long-term success and performance.
• Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT strategies
• Lead the implementation of customer-facing applications (e.g., Customer Service Management, portals, custom apps)
• Define and enforce ServiceNow architecture standards, governance, and best practices
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Guide development teams on platform capabilities, configurations, and customizations
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to architectural standards
• Optimize platform usage and recommend improvements for efficiency and user experience
Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform
Strong experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or other customer-facing ServiceNow applications
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, but also willing to handle hands-on development
CSA Certification (System Admin)
Experience building custom applications in ServiceNow
Hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, etc.)
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities
Experience establishing and enforcing development standards and best practices
Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL processes, and enterprise architecture principles
Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, or custom application development
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
