Job Description
An employer in the Huntsville area is hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer to support a MDA contract at Redstone Arsenal. This person will be performing administration of cloud and on-site technologies and provides end-to-end solutions for IT Systems to support the programs overall mission to design and implement a Missile Defense System with multiple layers of protection. This person will also create and configure virtual and physical machines in a multi-platform environment, and Monitors system performance and addresses any issues through an effective support process.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
- 10+ years of relevant cloud experience
- Proficient Azure experience to include: Azure Group Policy administration, system security, AD integration, Azure SQL Database and Azure Blob storage experience
- Experience with storage, backup, and disaster recovery technologies.
- Knowledge of O365, SharePoint, AWS, VMware, Windows, and Linux
- Active Secret Clearance
- Must have CompTIA Security+ CE, Security X, CISM or CISSP certification.
- Must have Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, CCSP, or GCSA certification.
