Job Description
The Team Lead provides technical, consulting, and operational leadership for a team of Solutions Architects and Solutions Estimators supporting the GCDC vertical. This role oversees the front‑end design, consulting, and commercial development of large‑scale enterprise, data center, and regulated security projects, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, technical design, and cost strategy. The Team Lead guides Solutions Architects in delivering customer‑facing consulting services - including security standards, technology roadmaps, and RFP development - while directing Solutions Estimators in the preparation of accurate, compliant, and competitive cost models and proposals. Acting as the senior technical authority and escalation point, the Team Lead establishes and enforces design standards, governs global design consistency through defined playbooks and review processes, and “blesses” final solutions across regions. They support clients globally. On a day‑to‑day basis, the role partners closely with sales leadership, architects, general contractors, customers, and internal delivery teams to prioritize opportunities, manage risk, mentor technical staff, improve processes, and ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and positioned to win.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7-9 years of experience in design consulting, system design, system commissioning, estimating, project management and/or installation for complex and large-scale electronic physical security projects
- Management experience
- Customer facing
- Proficiency in advanced estimating tools, Microsoft Office, and project collaboration software
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Data center consulting experience
