Our client (a Fortune 100 Technology Company) continues rapid expansion of their Data Center Construction business. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and execution‑focused Data Center Construction Project Coordinator to support Project Managers delivering large, complex data center construction programs. This role is critical to ensuring schedule discipline, document control, cost tracking, and cross‑functional coordination across design, construction, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced, highly technical environments and brings strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a bias toward action.
You will be required to be onsite at the Bridgeport, Alabama Data Center 4-5x/week.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in data centers, critical facilities, or large commercial/industrial builds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting data center, mission‑critical, or MEP‑heavy construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction project management tools such as eBuilder, Auto Desk Construction Cloud, Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of construction documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost controls.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments (hyperscale, enterprise, or regulated industries).
