Senior Project Manager / Mobile Office Operations Lead (PE)
Licensed Professional Engineer leading complex construction projects while overseeing day‑to‑day operations of our Mobile office. This role blends technical leadership, client partnership, team development, and operational accountability to deliver safe, on‑time, and on‑budget results.
Acts as the senior technical and operational leader for the office—driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across transportation, utilities, site development, and water/wastewater projects. Oversees project delivery, mentors high‑performing teams, manages budgets and risk, supports business development, and serves as a key client and community representative.

Required Skills & Experience
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (Alabama preferred or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related engineering discipline.
5+ years of progressive experience in construction engineering, project management, or related infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering or construction teams.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
Experience working with DOTs, municipalities, utilities, and/or industrial clients.
