Job Description
An employer is looking for an Enterprise Integrations Lead to sit remotely. You will primarily be responsible for leading the organization’s integrations team, engineering initiatives and overall strategy. This would be a hybrid people leader and strategy leader role, where you would set the priorities of the team, participate in hands on engineering efforts when needed, and mentor/ develop/ manage/ hire associated team members. You will help optimize and establish best practices around all enterprise integrations and ensure internal team alignment/ priorities when building out new integrations. You will manage the integrations backlog and oversee the upcoming pipeline for future work and ensure monitoring over all active integrations. Additional tasks will include introducing new tools/ tech, craft new processes/ strategy, lead overall delivery, and scale the team as needed to maintain proper support levels.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years experience in enterprise integrations development
3-5 years experience in lead role
Experience leading teams/ people and technical initiatives
Experience leading integration strategy and managing/ prioritizing backlog items (Product Management)
Well versed with Azure and associated tools- Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, ADF
Expert hands on integration engineering skills (Python)
Proven background in leading enterprise integration strategy and best practices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
C# or Powershill skills
Workday experience
ServiceNow experience
