Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and safety‑driven Electrical Technician to join our team. This individual should have 2–4 years of hands-on electrical experience, strong knowledge of NEC standards, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Experience with HVAC controls is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates well, and takes pride in producing clean, high-quality electrical work. This role also requires the ability to lead and train helpers while maintaining proper safety and documentation practices.

Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience as an electrician
Proficiency in:
Conduit bending
NEC standards
Reading and interpreting schematics, mechanical drawings, and electrical drawings
Understanding HVAC controls systems
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Safety‑oriented mindset
Ability to lead and teach helpers
Record-keeping skills
Ability to provide pictures of work (conduit installations, terminations, wire management)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
1–2 years of HVAC controls experience
Journeyman electrician license
OSHA 30 certification (or JCI Standard)
Previous supervisory experience
