Job Description
A government contractor in Huntsville, AL is hiring a Director of Program Management to develop annual business plans, compile financial forecast, conduct margin analysis, create business reviews and interacting daily with customer and Business Development to lead new product development, contract negotiations etc. This person is the primary customer interface to ensure program implementation is aligned with customer expectations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 10+ years combined experience in any of the following: Pricing, Contracts, Business Management, Program Management, Subcontracting or Engineering Project Management.
- 7+ years Leadership Experience - Either leading functional teams or projects
- Experience in development of TINA-Compliant (Truth in Negotiations Act) proposals and DCMA/DCAA audits
- Experience in proposal efforts to include any of the following actions: creating proposals estimates, providing guidance on proposals, performing red line review of proposals, or conducting final review of functional estimates used for proposals.
- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS
- Must have valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must be able to obtain USG security clearance if so required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Business, engineering, finance or related field
