Job Description
An employer is looking for a Lead MBSE in the Huntsville, AL area. As the Lead MBSE, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of MBSE models for a large DoD program. Your responsibilities may encompass the entire software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, testing, documentation, and ongoing support, all following an agile/scrum development process. In this capacity, you will lead or actively participate in requirements and design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and other management discussions as needed.

Active Secret Clearance
10+ years of MBSE experience
Proficient with Cameo/MagicDraw, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator.
SysML, UML, and UAF
DOORs; establishing links between requirements, creating objects in DOORS modules, etc.
Agile
Systems Architecture and leadership experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Azure DevOps
