Job Description
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of customer orders, ensuring technical service orders are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time, while driving continuous process improvements. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to align expectations and timelines, provide regular updates to customers on order progress, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's degree
-3+ years of experience in IT project delivery, or managed/cloud services
-Experience in process optimization and coordination and the ability to prioritize/manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, VoIP services and/or connectivity
