Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to support the implementation and maintenance of fire alarm and life safety systems. This role involves hands-on assistance with system setup, diagnostics, and ongoing service to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the configuration, testing, and activation of fire alarm and life safety systems.
Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed systems.
Interpret and work from technical documents including blueprints, wiring diagrams, submittals, and product manuals.
Follow all applicable local and national codes, industry best practices, and internal safety protocols.
Deliver exceptional service to clients, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Nicet 2 Certification

EST System Experience
Any low voltage or electrical experience
