Insight Global is looking for a Secret System Engineer to be located in the Huntsville AL area. Completing use case development and preparing systems engineering artifacts to be developed by program Cross-Functional Product Teams to implement customer-requested capabilities. Support the development and review of interface documents, system requirements, Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM) development, architectural documentation, system engineering estimates, and author and perform formal and informal engineering reviews. Work will be performed under the direction of various technical leads and product owners and require interfacing with team members, program management, and government customers to ensure high quality products are generated on time and within the resources available. Adhering to DOORS processes and procedures, reviewing the content and details of technical products, and acting as a technical interface to customer working-level counterparts on an as-required basis. Work with teams crossing multiple functions in order to drive data connectivity from architecture to requirements to test. Within this capacity, a successful candidate will work to understand the data stream, construct an engineering pipeline, establish a rhythm of maintenance, and provide support for tool development and tool troubleshooting.

Must have experience participating in requirements development and capability assessments
Experience with/knowledge of MBSE or model-based engineering
Demonstrated experience in mission analysis with skill in the development of use cases, sequence diagrams, and creation of Interface Documents
Demonstrated ability to analyze high-level needs utilizing use cases/scenarios and relate them to the requirements (requirement solicitation, derivation, and decomposition)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be able to work effectively and cooperatively with people within and external to the program
