Job Description

A Tier 3 Desktop Support person acts as a subject matter expert and often collaborates closely with other IT teams (e.g., server administrators, network administrators, devops) to resolve the most challenging technical problems. This person needs a broad and deep technical skillset, combined with strong analytical and communication abilities.

Required Skills & Experience

-5-7+ years of experience in a desktop support role handling windows configuration, deployment, and admin for client and server.
-Previously handling 20+ tickets daily
-Proven experience of Root Cause Analysis
- Advanced hardware troubleshooting (desktops, servers, printers, mobile devices

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

o Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

o CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Server+

o Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

o ITIL Foundation (for ITSM best practices)
