Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dependable and technically skilled Level 2 Site Administrator to serve as the primary onsite IT support resource at our Montgomery, AL facility. This individual will act as the boots-on-the-ground liaison for our remote Network and System Administrators based in St. Louis, MO. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in IT support who is ready to take ownership of local infrastructure and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end users, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
Perform password resets, account provisioning, and basic Active Directory administration
Manage printer connectivity, toner replacement, and general peripheral support
Support local network infrastructure under the guidance of remote admins
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate remote team while maintaining ownership of local resolution
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes
Assist with hardware deployments, imaging, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
2-3+ year of professional IT support experience.
Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams
Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Crystal Reporting, Power BI, Power Apps, MS Azure and MS D365 Finance and Supply Chain.
