Key Responsibilities:
• ERP Implementation & Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Acumatica ERP, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Map and streamline business processes, integrating AI tools to enhance automation and decision-making.
• Training & Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff proficiency in Acumatica and related technologies.
• Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using PowerBI to provide real-time business insights.
• AI Innovation: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with departments to align technology solutions with organizational needs.
• System Maintenance: Oversee ongoing system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation (Acumatica preferred), process management, or technology leadership.
• Proven knowledge in PowerBI for reporting and data visualization.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in business processes.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Ability to train and lead diverse teams in adopting new technologies.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization.
