We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Coordinator to join one of our clients in the utility construction industry. They are one of the largest utility repair and storm response companies in the southeast. They will be reporting directly to the HR Manager to ensure accurate and timely onboarding on new employees, processing employment verifications, DOT verifications, weekly reporting for employee medical cards, ordering drug testing, benefit enrollment. This is an onsite position 5 days a week, with the salary range between $45,000-$50,000 depending on experience.

2+ years of experience working in human resources or something similar
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite products
Experience with employment verifications, DOT verifications, employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, etc.
Strong professionalism, communication, reliability
DOT (department of transportation) or MVR (motor vehicle report) experience
UKG experience
Background working with a blue collar (or field employee) workforce
