Job Description
• Utilize market analysis to develop strategies to exceed sales targets across portfolio of all offered services.
• Work with sales leaders on sales planning, including updates to quotas and comp plans, headcount, and
sales plan. Ensure compensation plans are aligned with compensation philosophy and organization goals
including, but not limited to, company margin.
• Design, implement, and manage sales processes, establishing a high level of quality, accuracy, and process
consistency. Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement; work closely with sales
management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
• Recruit and retain high-level, highly productive, talent and manage sales teams, motivating team to
achieve goals, create and manage sales training programs.
• Drive data-driven market development and sales enablement. Work with the marketing department to
position services in the market.
• Communicate and foster relationships with clients, monitoring customer activity and customer
satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven sales leader with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT sales
• High level experience with channel & OEM partners (Cisco, Dell Technologies, VMware)
• Proven expertise in sales automation tools, metrics, process, and productivity
• Excellent listening, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to drive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
• Operates with the highest level of professionalism, personal integrity, and accountability
