Job Description

An employer in Huntsville AL is looking to hire a Senior Program Control Analyst to oversee several programs, including financial, budget, reporting and compliance. This person will lead the development and continuous improvement of program control policies (SOPs, alignment with FAR). They will also be responsible for collaborating with Program Managers, Contracts, Subcontracts and other key stakeholders to ensure programs are in budget, compliant etc.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors Degree + 5 years of experience in program control including budget development, CDRL preparation and reporting
- Proficiency in Costpoint
- Experience supporting DOD contracts
- Active Secret Clearance
- Ability to work collaboratively across various functions of the business
