Job Description

A client in the Huntsville area is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team. This person will be working on a team of 6 electrical engineers supporting up to 5-6 projects at once for various government customers. In this role, they are responsible for design and operation of telemetry systems as they apply to flight testing. This is an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to support projects from telemetry and instrumentation design to flight testing and data collection.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering including research, design, development and test of manufacturing and installation of electrical components
Experience with electrical instrumentation
Experience with the application and calibration of strain gauges, thermocouples, accelerometers, pressure transducers, cameras, and GPS systems
Eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working with electrical components on an Aircraft
Military Aviation experience
Experience in the design of telemetry systems as they apply to flight testing
Any project management or lead EE experience
Any flight test experience
Active Secret clearance
