Job Description

The Vinyl Technician is responsible for multiple facets of sign production, including vinyl application and printing tasks. This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Vinyl Application:
o Prepare and clean surfaces.
o Measure and cut vinyl materials.
o Apply vinyl graphics and decals.
o Ensure smooth, bubble-free application.
o Trim excess vinyl for clean edges.

Printing:
o Set up and operate digital printing equipment.
o Load and unload printing materials.
o Monitor printing processes.
o Inspect printed materials for quality.

Quality Control:
o Inspect finished products for defects.
o Conduct durability tests.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with vinyl application techniques, CNC programming, and digital printing equipment.
Strong attention to detail and precision in all aspects of production work.
