Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a capture manager to support a government integrator in Huntsville, AL, with the rest of the capture team based in Lexington Park, Maryland. This role will require previous experience scoping, running pursuits, and handling proposals for the high energy laser market in order to support the client's growth goals and build relationships across their customer base. This position will sit fully remote and salary will range based on experience and industry knowledge from $170k-$225k.

Required Skills & Experience

-strong background and industry knowledge of high energy laser programs
-extensive experience working as a capture manager in the DOD space
-Knowledge of the Shipley process
-Proven ability to build and manage strong strong customer relationships
