One of Insight Global s banking clients is seeking a Network Engineer II that will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and maintenance of enterprise voice and collaboration systems. This role focuses on Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Webex Cloud solutions, and traditional Cisco routing and switching platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of VoIP protocols, call signaling, packet flow analysis, and network dependencies related to voice performance.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
35 years of experience in enterprise voice engineering roles.
Proficient in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, and Webex Cloud Calling platforms.
Solid understanding of Cisco routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, QoS, VLANs, etc.).
Familiarity with SIP, H.323, MGCP, and other VoIP protocols.
Strong analytical skills to trace packet flow and identify voice quality issues across network segments.
Experience with troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, RTMT, and Cisco CDR Analysis.
Strong team collaboration and communication skills
