This candidate will be working as an HVAC Technician for a large life insurance company based in Birmingham, AL. They will implement maintenance and operation procedures to ensure HVAC, plumbing and other related mechanical equipment is in excellent operating condition. They will make plumbing repairs, work with Honeywell for HVAC controls, handle different refrigerant needs and sometimes repair chillers. This will be onsite, 5 days a week, in Birmingham, AL. The salary range upon conversion is between $55,000-$60,000 depending on experience.

3+ years in commercial HVAC & Plumbing repair & installation
Understanding of refrigerant cycle
Ability to test water chemical treatment for cooling towers & enclosed water systems
