Job Description

An employer is seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance security across an enterprise business systems. This role provides a unique opportunity to safeguard mission-critical applications in a dynamic SAFe Agile development environment. Required Skills & Experience

Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
Security+ or higher 8570 certification
10+ years within Cybersecurity and a Bachelor's Degree, or 14 years of Cyber experience
Strong Splunk experience
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards such as NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, FISMA, FedRAMP, and CIS benchmarks.
Experience working with security compliance documentation (RBDs, POAMs, ATOs, PTAs, ISAs, SAPs, SARs).
Familiarity with security tools including Tenable, AWS, AlienVault, BigFix, ARCHER, and DevSecOps pipeline tools.
Hands-on experience with cloud security (SaaS, IaaS, AWS).
Knowledge of vulnerability assessments, security audits, and incident response procedures.
